This member of the original DT Series can handle up to 50 gallons of milk and comes with a standard double walled, insulated 50 gallon tank with exit nipple on the bottom. On the market for the past 10 years, this system is well tested and reliable, while providing the most cost effective means of pasteurization available.
Standard options of the DT Series include fully automated cycles, delayed start capabilities, and a choice between stainless steel or poly-propylene milk tanks. The control and heat system is housed in a convenient cabinet, mounted safely away from water and clean-up. This allows for easy access to components for installation and any troubleshooting requirements. The pasteurizer itself takes up a fraction of the floor space of HTST pasteurizers on the market and does not require additional milk storage tanks or extra hot water boilers.
